Welcome to No. 8 Squadron

Welcome to the home of No. 8 (AEW) Squadron, Royal Air Force.  No. 8 Squadron is one of 3 squadrons operating the Boeing E-3D AWACS, known in the Royal Air force as the Sentry AEW Mk1 aircraft.  Based at RAF Waddington, the aircraft are a familiar sight over the historic City of Lincoln just 4 miles to the North.
